      Here is a remedy for error 304 while updating firmware:

      From the POWER OFF state, press and hold the meter’s power button for 10 seconds – until the LEDs blink magenta briefly, indicating the meter’s bonding state has been reset. The LEDs will then start blinking blue, waiting for a connection.

      Reconnect to the meter, then re-establish the bonding (pairing), and try the update again.

      Hello.
      How to process firmware update?
      The current version is 720. I’m trying to update using Ipad mini4.
      It freezes on Enable DFU Mode.

        Romano – with firmware version 720, your meter will need to be returned to update it. I will send you a pm about it.
